Director Mortgage Construction Administration, Lake Michigan Credit Union
Amanda Hallo is the Director of Construction Administration at Lake Michigan Credit Union. She brings more than 20 years of experience in construction lending, title, and escrow and loan servicing. Hallo leads a construction lending team that manages a pipeline of more than $1.1 billion. With her guidance, LMCU has attained the leading position in market share in Michigan for construction lending. Hallo’s philosophy is that construction loans have three clients: the member, the home builder and the loan originator. This philosophy is at the core of her relationships with the top builders in Michigan and Florida. Hallo is married with three children and enjoys attending sporting events and concerts, cooking and traveling.
Tracy J. Ashfield
President, ACUMA
Tracy Ashfield is the President of the American Credit Union Mortgage Association (ACUMA), an organization with which she has had close ties for 20 years. Ashfield has worked as a consultant and subject matter expert with ACUMA since 2000. In that time, working with founder and former president Bob Dorsa, she has helped the non-profit grow from a handful of members to an organization with more than 400 mortgage-lending credit union leaders. In that same time, credit unions have seen their market share grow from 2% to nearly 9%. And ACUMA is now the premiere education and networking association for credit unions that are serious about mortgage lending.
