We’ll review the potential impacts of a government shutdown on operations and member services, explore strategies for target marketing to our existing membership base, and discuss our process for documenting and responding to member complaints to ensure consistency and accountability. Additionally, we’ll cover the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in enhancing efficiency and explore opportunities for UW (Underwriting/University/Unit—adjust as needed) buy-in and engagement.
