The session will also highlight how the Mortgage Partnership Finance® (MPF®) Program is evolving to help lenders expand access to sustainable and affordable housing opportunities for all.

The Mortgage Partnership Finance® (MPF®) Program enables credit unions to access the secondary mortgage market while maintaining their commitment to local lending. Through the MPF Program, participating institutions can sell eligible home loans to their Federal Home Loan Bank, converting loans into liquidity while sharing in both the credit risk and financial benefits of their high-quality lending. This collaborative model allows credit unions to manage balance sheet risk, enhance earnings, and continue supporting homeownership in their communities.
