Alissa Sykes Tulloch

Alissa Sykes Tulloch, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for AmeriCU Credit Union, ensures that the credit union operates efficiently, serves its members effectively, and continues to grow and thrive in a competitive market. Sykes Tulloch oversees the financial health of the credit union, including budgeting, asset-liability management, compliance, community engagement, and profitability. She is responsible for managing and providing leadership to the following departments: Financial Center Operations, Marketing, Membership Development, Member Technology Services, Insurance and Wealth Services, Lending Sales, and Strategic Partnerships.

Sykes Tulloch brings 18 years of in-depth experience in the credit union field and 26 years in the financial services industry. She oversees new product developments, the implementation of technology solutions, and innovations to improve operational efficiency and meet member needs.

Sykes Tulloch also has been a member of the Rensselaer County Housing Resources (RCHR) board for 22 years, working to improve the quality of life of residents by cultivating affordable housing opportunities, improving housing conditions for residents, serving as experts/facilitators on housing initiatives, and participating in community development activities that benefit residents.
