“How to Build Your Team in Today’s Remote Environment: Recruit, Develop and Retain Talent “
Wednesday, June 10, 2020
1:00 p.m. Central Time (2:00 p.m. Eastern, 11:00 a.m. Pacific)
U.S. companies that had never previously considered employing a remote workforce found themselves taking swift action the first few weeks of March 2020: Business continuity depended on setting up virtual workplaces and rapidly deploying a remote workforce. In the long weeks that followed, employees settled into their remote workspaces and organizations realized how much could be accomplished in a virtual environment. Now, the question is being asked: How do you put the remote work genie back in the bottle? Do you even want to?
As organizations consider longer-term shifts to remote work, they must take new approaches to recruiting, developing, and retaining talent. This session explores associated challenges and opportunities in the remote workplace and will leave participants with ideas and actions that can help shape their approach to recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent in a remote work environment.
