Zach Ragland
Advisor – Affordable Lending, Fannie Mae
Zach is responsible for leading execution of the Single-Family Duty to Serve Manufactured Housing Plan and Affordable Supply initiatives. Mr. Ragland joined Fannie Mae in 2013 and has led numerous DTS and Affordable Lending programs/pilots, overseen mortgage product development, and managed business application and infrastructure modernization efforts, all with a passion for promoting affordable housing. A veteran of over 20 years in management consulting, program management, and the mortgage industry, Zach is known as a thought leader in strategic business development and operational efficiency. Zach received his BA from the University of Maryland; his MBA from the University of Denver, and lives in Annapolis, MD with his wife and three children.
Stephania Valencia
Customer and Partner Management Associate, Fannie Mae:
Stephania Valencia is a Fannie Mae Associate in the Business Account Management Solutions group, working on the Affordable Lending Team. Stephania supports Fannie Mae’s Duty to Serve initiatives as part of the work being done to make homes affordable to all, including under-represented populations, low to moderate income, tribal lands, and rural communities. Stephania has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from University of Maryland.
