As Vice President of Mortgage Lending for Orange County’s Credit Union, Miramontez oversees the origination, processing, underwriting, closing and delivery of loans to secondary-market investors, helping develop and implement new home loan products and services. Previously, Miramontez held a variety of senior-level and advisory positions throughout the Los Angeles area. He has served as Chairman on Freddie Mac’s Affordable Housing Advisory Committee and Credit Union Advisory Board, as a Board Member of the Southern California CUREN, CMG MI’s Advisory Board and on the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Residential Loan Production Committee. Miramontez holds designations as an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) and Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB). He is a graduate of the Futures Leaders and School of Mortgage Banking programs from the Mortgage Bankers Association.
