John Sayre is Vice President of Client Success for Curinos. He has been a Secondary Marketing and Business Development professional in the mortgage industry for more than 30 years. Sayre has held senior positions at Guardian Mortgage, Caliber Home Loans and Nationstar. He also spent 15 years at Fannie Mae with his last position being Vice President of Single Family Business for the Western United States. Sayre holds a Bachelor’s Degree in economics from Claremont McKenna College.
Ken Flaherty
Senior Consumer Lending Market Analyst

Ken Flaherty is a Senior Consumer Lending Market Analyst at Curinos. Before joining Curinos in October 2021, he managed Home Equity Credit and Income Underwriting at Huntington National Bank, where he was responsible for developing and improving the credit risk teams through cross-channel team building, pipeline management and developing processes to streamline the borrower’s origination experience. Prior to that, Flaherty was the Consumer and Home Equity Product and Pricing Manager, including origination and utilization campaigns. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in business management at Salisbury University and an Accredited Mortgage Professional Banker (AMP) designation. Flaherty is a Future Leaders graduate with his continuing education work at the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).
