Q2 Young Professionals Network Meeting – Mentorship Part 2

In the first part of the Mentorship series, we explored the crucial role of mentorship in career development and organizational success, as well as the strategies for cultivating effective mentor-mentee relationships. The upcoming course is designed to empower participants to optimize their meetings with mentors and structure their mentoring relationships to support both personal and professional growth. Through interactive activities, action planning and group discussions, participants will gain the skills necessary to initiate impactful conversations, create a positive mentoring environment, and define clear objectives for your shared journey.
