Mark Wilburn

Mark Wilburn is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Truity Credit Union, Bartlesville Oklahoma. Mark directs all retail functions which include all loan origination and servicing activities, branch operations and business development activities.  Truity Credit Union services nearly $900 million dollars in mortgage loans.  Previous roles included serving in executive lending and operations capacities at Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, St Paul, MN; and Point Loma Federal Credit Union, San Diego, CA.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration degree from Oklahoma State University. He is a graduate of the CUNA Executive Development School.

Currently Mark serves as a board member of the American Credit Union Mortgage Association (ACUMA) and served as a past Chair.  Mark was a past member of the CUNA Housing Finance Reform Task Force. Mark was the inaugural chair of the CUNA Council Forum and past chair of the CUNA Lending Council. Mark served as Vice Chair of the Credit Union Housing Roundtable.
